What brought you to WPI?
The atmosphere of the school is so lively and productive, I knew at WPI there’d never be a shortage of amazing people willing to work on engineering and science projects.
What are your research interests?
I’m interested in physical chemistry, especially in areas about synthesis and surface characterization. I enjoy studying the electronic properties and applications of materials, and coming up with creative ways to modify compounds to create unprecedented properties.
What will you be doing immediately following your time at WPI?
I’m looking into PhD programs in physical chemistry!
What are your long term professional goals?
I want to get a PhD and continue doing research. I’d love to have a chance to experience working in industry for part of my life, and eventually become a chemistry professor.
