Roy received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia in 2007. He has since worked in a variety of industries and holds several Professional Certifications from the American Society for Quality and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Roy received a thesis-based M.S. in materials chemistry from WPI in 2022, and continues these research projects as an affiliate research scientist.
